Ina-Garten

Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook writer who has received Emmy award. She hosts the oldest Food Network show Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. It will air for another 27 seasons. Ina began her career in with nuclear energy policy and budgets for the White House. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual challenge of her job, but soon lost interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. After nearly 18 years of making the store a huge success, she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columns which followed. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too began its run and was a hit. The company sells numerous products, from ingredients for cooking, to kitchenware and storage. Ina was never to any cooking school and has not worked in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. She is known as a cook who is simple and has her entertaining style. Her most well-known recipes include quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and made with beef Bourguignon, and Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
