Ina Garten has been an acclaimed American writer of cook books for a number of seasons. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa and began its run in 2002. Ina was employed in the White House as a writer of documents on nuclear energy and the budget. Though she found the career intellectually stimulating initially eventually she stopped her pursuit and bought a tiny specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. The store was a success for 18 years. the business extremely profitable before selling it off and picking up the pen to begin writing her first book. Numerous different cookbooks and magazines came later. Meanwhile, her Food Network television show too made its debut and became a hit. Her products range from kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself who has never gone to a cooking academy and has never been in a kitchen. She's known for her easygoing style of making food and hosting. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet and Roasted lemon Chicken Mac and cheese, Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese paired with Beatty's Chocolate Cake and Lemon Bars.
